Swymbag returns and refund policy
We aim to provide you with as much information as possible about the product on our website to let you know exactly what you are buying. If you decide that Swymbag isn’t for you once you’ve received your order, our returns policy is simple and straightforward.
Returns should be made within 7 days of receiving your order .Please contact our customer service team to arrange your return via email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will need to know your order number and the reason for your return. Please note that we will not accept returns of any items that have been damaged and must be returned in pristine condition.
We are open Monday- Friday from 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-4pm. Once we’ve received your email explaining the reason for return, we will assign you a returns number and details of where it should be returned to.
Your refund will only be processed if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. If the item returned has been damaged through being used and is not suitable for resale, we reserve the right to return the product to you and will not process the refund.
Please return the items in their original packaging and ensure it’s packed securely. You will need a proof of postage receipt when you return your item to us. Any item that you have purchased and returned will be your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse so please ensure you use a suitable delivery service that insures you for the value of the items.
Successful returns will be credited back to your original payment method and the previous shipping charges will not be refunded. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed and refunds may take up to 5 working days (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays).
All of our products are posted using Royal Mail tracked delivery, you will be provided a tracking number once your order is processed. To track the status of your product enter the code we supply at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. We accept no liability for any products which are not delivered and any issues should be raised direct with Royal Mail who will issue you with compensation upon receipt of the relevant details.
